We’re looking for a Finance Officer (Properties) to join our global finance team at AnywhereWorks.
You’ll play a key role in managing the financial operations of our property portfolio, while also supporting wider finance activities across the business. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, work with global stakeholders, and make a real impact in a remote-first company.
What you’ll be doing
1. Managing property bookkeeping and tenant invoicing
2. Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks
3. Preparing monthly reports and reviewing property performance
4. Supporting reconciliations (bank, expenses, credit cards)
5. Assisting with internal reporting and dashboards
6. Collaborating with global teams and external partners
7. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

11. Work from anywhere (Fully Remote), with a monthly in-person collaboration day at our Edinburgh office on the first Thursday of each month.

14. £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
15. 40 hours per week (flexible/negotiable) - Monday to Friday
16. Typically 10:00am – 6:00pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm (to align with global teams)
Start date: As soon as possible, with flexibility to accommodate notice periods
What we’re looking for
17. Experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
18. Strong understanding of reconciliations and P&L reporting
19. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
20. Proficient in working with financial data and spreadsheets
21. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
22. Working towards an accounting qualification
23. Exposure to US accounting standards or property accounting
