Childcare SolicitorLocation: Blackburn / Hybrid/ Remote
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a dedicated and motivated Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its nationally recognised Domestic Abuse, Children and Stalking Department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of childcare and related matters
* Family Solicitor to conduct advocacy where required
* Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice
* Maintaining accurate time recording and billing
* Meeting performance targets and compliance requirements
* Undertaking CPD in line with Law Society regulations
About You:
* Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in childcare law
* Confident managing your own caseload and prioritising workloads effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Proactive, organised and commercially aware
* Reliable and conscientious, with strong attention to detail
