The successful candidate will have a background in content planning and delivery, using CRM and CMS systems and be experienced in collaborating with stakeholders of all levels. Ideally you will have knowledge of how this role would work in Higher Education.
The Senior Communications Project Officer (Faculty Student Content) delivers innovative, digital-led and student-focused content to equip Kings students with the non-academic knowledge and information they need to complete their studies and get the most out of student life,supporting our faculty colleagues in communications, programme administration and student experience teams.
Contributing to the implementation of our student content strategy, the Senior Officers plan, create and maintain multi-channel content/communications supported by customer relationship management (CRM) and other software. They focus primarily on faculty content on the Student Services Online knowledge bank and the migration, organisation and improvement of content on external and internal webpages, to make information as accessible and engaging as possible. Their work may also extend into other channels like social media, video content and mobile apps. They measure effectiveness and actively support continuous improvement.
