📍 Location: Cardiff Office (Remote & Hybrid Options Available)
📄 Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
💰 Salary: £25,00 – £27,000 (Based on Experience)

You’ll collaborate with our Medical and Claims teams, handle global queries, and deliver world-class service across phone, email, and digital platforms.

🗓 What Your Day Might Look Like

* Manage preauthorisation requests from start to finish—assessing eligibility, confirming benefits, and coordinating care.
* Liaise with members, providers, and underwriters to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.
* Deliver empathetic, efficient service across all channels.
* Monitor ongoing cases and escalate complex issues to the Medical Team or leadership.
* Support members in using our online portal and guide them through their claims journey.
* Collaborate with our provider network to contain costs and optimise care.


🎯 What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general office procedures.
* Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in medical insurance, claims, preauthorisation, or underwriting.
* Language skills (especially German or Spanish) are a plus!
