CNC Operator Day shiftWitney, OxfordshireMonday to Thursday | Mon to Thu 07:00 am to 3:30 pm, Fri 07:00 am to 12:30 midday (37.5 hours)Premium pay and benefits package real opportunities to develop your skills modern equipmentAs a CNC Operator, youll be joining a well-established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for investing in their employees, offering market leading benefits and a clean, well-run machine shop environment.The Role - CNC OperatorWorking within a small, experienced machine shop team, you will be:Operating CNC milling and turning machinesLoading programs and checking machines are running correctlyInspecting parts using measuring equipment and gaugesMonitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when neededDeburring, engraving and preparing machined partsSupporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standardsSkills & Experience - CNC OperatorWere looking for someone with:Previous CNC machining or machine shop experienceAbility to read engineering drawings and work to tolerancesExperience using measuring and inspection equipmentMilling and turning knowledgeGood attention to detail and a reliable approach to workA team-focused attitudeThe Company & Benefits - CNC OperatorThis is an opportunity to join a large, established engineering manufacturer known for staff retention, stability and long-term career development.
