We are seeking an E3 Java Engineer with proven experience in service integration design and development within the enterprise middleware domain. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing our member experience by driving technical excellence and promoting best practices across our IT landscape.

What you’ll be doing
As an E3 Java Engineer, your responsibilities include:
* Designing, deploying, and managing Istio Service Mesh solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
* Working within hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
* Developing high-performance, resilient, scalable, and secure middleware systems.
* Leading and contributing to team objectives across diverse platforms and tools such as Kubernetes, Harness, Helm, TLS, certificates, JWTs, OAuth, and OIDC.
* Integrating systems across various technologies, including Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Unisys, and cloud services.
* Engaging stakeholders through strong communication and influencing skills.
About you
The minimum requirements are:
* Experience in back office domains like Banking, Lending, Payments, or Finance.
* Hands-on experience with Istio Service Mesh and Infrastructure as Code.
* Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with solid object-oriented programming skills.
* Leadership experience and team contribution skills.
* Expertise in middleware system design and development.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes, Harness, Helm, TLS, certificates, JWTs, OAuth, and OIDC.
* System integration experience across various technologies and cloud services.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
