Sales Advisor – Health & Safety and HR Consultancy
* Role: Sales Advisor
* Contract type: Permanent
* Hours: 25 - 37 hours per week, depending on individual requirements
* Salary: Basic salary dependent on experience + plus 20% uncapped commission (subject to conditions), + Profit Share Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package.
Realistic 1st year Earnings of £40,000 (FTE)
* Location: Hilton Hall, Essington, Wolverhampton

About the Sales Advisor role
As our Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our consultancy—connecting with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and offering services that make a real difference.
* Identify and engage prospective clients across sectors
* Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings (virtual & in-person)
* Present bespoke solutions aligned with client needs and compliance goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Support with the set up of a new CRM system
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Support with the production of marketing and social media content
* Attend networking events on occasion
About you
You’re a driven, confident and commercially savvy individual.
Our Sales Advisor will bring:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to lead generation
* Ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients
* Proven B2B sales experience is not essential, but desirable
It is essential that you hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and you have your own vehicle.
