Twenty84 is proud to be partnering with a global capital markets and investment group in hiring a Senior Risk Manager to join their growing London operations.
They are seeking an experienced Risk Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s risk management activities within the futures industry.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with exchange-traded derivatives, a strong understanding of risk management principles, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to support the firm’s risk mitigation efforts.
Key areas of responsibility include:
1. Monitoring client trades to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, guidelines, and procedures
2. Set risk limit parameters in front-end and back-end systems (where applicable), following approvals from the Risk Management team
3. Continuously oversee client positions, P&L, and account balances to ensure adherence to risk limits and guidelines established by the Risk Management team
4. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks in client portfolios, including market risk, credit risk, concentration risk, and funding liquidity risk, in accordance with the firms Risk Management Policies and Procedures
