Job Description

As part of 's #NextGen 8-Week Internship Program you'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive introduction to digital payments and technology. The program offers an extensive learning experience through technical training, professional development workshops, and direct access to industry experts. You'll be part of a global Early Careers community, with regular networking events, mentoring opportunities, and social activities designed to build connections and accelerate your growth and leadership potential. By the end of the scheme, you'll be equipped with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to make a lasting impact at and beyond.

As a Data Analytics Intern at, you will get a front-row seat into how a global fintech uses data to drive strategy. You will learn how to transform raw data into the insights that shape our product's evolution.

This internship is designed for a curious student who wants to move beyond academic theory and see how data products are built, tested, and deployed at scale. You will work closely with mentors to contribute to high-priority projects that impact our North Star metrics.

How You'll Make an Impact

* Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, engineers and analysts to translate complex business requirements into data insights to underpin our competitive advantage

* Building Foundations:You will learn how multi-terabyte data can be turned into analytics and insights, will have the opportunity to contribute how we build data products

* Measuring the performance: Uncover insights, identify opportunities and help our teams to measure the ROI

Here's What You'll Bring to the Team

You're a curious, motivated, and innovative data analytics enthusiast, excited to dive into the world of digital payments and technical operations.

* In your penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, due to graduate in 2027.

* Educational Background: A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics).

* Technical Foundations: Proficiency in programming with Python, interrogating data with SQL and an awareness and curiosity of software is built.

* Problem Solver: You enjoy deconstructing complex problems and have a high attention to detail when it comes to "spotting the error."

* Eager to Learn: You are proactive, not afraid to ask "why," and have a genuine interest in Fintech and Analytics.

* Communication: Ability to explain your findings or logic clearly to both technical and non-technical peers.

* Available to work for 8 weeks across July/August 2026
