The role:
The firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Solicitor 4+ years PQE into their Maidenhead office to join as an Associate or Senior Associate.
The team specialise in both claimant and respondent cases, however there is an emphasis on respondent work which you will be supporting the head of department with.
Work will include but not be limited to: settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, and corporate support.
They are looking for someone with a good level of experience to come in and make their mark on the direction of this high-performing employment team.
Requirements:
1. You will be an Employment Solicitor 4+ years PQE but with solid practical experience
2. You will keen and eager to develop working alongside industry leaders, as well as help with the management / supervision of juniors within the team.
