Job Description
The position requires proficiency in NMR instrument operation, processing software, interpretation of spectra and application of multidimensional NMR methods for structural elucidation and characterisation of organic compounds. Experience of working with Bruker NMR spectrometers (including maintenance and upkeep) and a good working knowledge of organic chemistry would be advantageous. Experience of working in either a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or graduate in chemistry or related field with hands on experience in NMR spectroscopy (minimum 1 to 5 years industry experience).
A key team player and proactive individual with the ability to successfully deliver results within tight deadlines and keen attention to detail, you will possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, combined with a strong customer-focused approach.
