You will be responsible for setting up and managing the entire wholesale operations lifecycle—from sales orders through to delivery—while building the operational systems, tools, and milestones required to scale efficiently across global markets.
Key Responsibilities

* Set up and refine operational systems to support accurate and timely order processing
* Build seasonal operational calendars, milestones, and workflows for all go-to-market activities
* Manage product, pricing (FOB and sell-in), and margin data across key wholesale accounts
* Input and maintain accurate product and order information in ERP and relevant systems
* Issue clear, timely POs and sample orders to factories and vendors
* Coordinate packing lists, shipping instructions, and delivery timelines
* Liaise daily with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time global delivery
* Track shipments and report on order status, delivery risks, and operational bottlenecks
* Support pricing and margin discussions with detailed costing breakdowns and analysis
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in wholesale operations or supply chain—ideally within fashion or activewear
* Strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
* Proven experience working with ERP systems and operational tools
* Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
* Able to set up new systems and processes from scratch
* Strong communicator with a solution-focused mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage brand environment
* Proactive, positive, and resilient under pressure
What You Will Get
* Excellent salary + annual bonus + structured salary reviews
* 33 days holiday (including UK public holidays)
* Staff discounts across the group’s brand portfolio
* A chance to shape a premium brand from an early stage
* Clear career progression in a growing business
* A modern, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
* Exposure to global markets, premium retail partners, and high-end suppliers
