Assistant Store Manager – Bridgnorth
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager (perm contract) to create a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team and be passionate about engaging with customers.
* Maximise the business by being quick to act and consistently searching for new ideas.
* Lead from the front and ensure all colleagues create a great customer experience.
* Actively encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results.
* Motivate, manage and support a high‑performance team in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Qualifications
* Retail Management experience with a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Understanding of working within a fast‑paced sales and results‑driven environment.
* Experience as an existing Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager is highly desirable.
