Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Repairs Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth scheduling of engineers, timely ordering of materials, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

The Repairs Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Engineer Scheduling: Organise, allocate, and manage daily workloads for service engineers.

* Material Ordering: Source and order required materials to support ongoing and upcoming jobs.

* Quotes & Pricing: Prepare, write up, and price customer quotations accurately and efficiently.

* Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

* Routine Maintenance Scheduling: Contact customers to arrange planned maintenance visits.

* Emergency Call‑Out Administration: Complete and process emergency call‑out sheets and ensure all relevant information is captured.

* Visitor Reception: Meet and greet visitors, representing the company professionally at all times.

To be successful for this Repairs Coordinator role you must have:

* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Confident, proactive, and capable of using initiative and common sense.

* Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.

* Good organisational ability with an interest in learning and developing within the role.

* Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
