Duo London – Clapham
Duo London is entering a new growth phase and bringing its Friday and Saturday club nights fully in-house. We are looking for a commercially driven Part-Time Head of Sales & Promotions to help scale the venue and increase weekly revenue.
This is not a basic social media role. We are seeking someone who understands nightlife, ticket sales, table culture and how to build consistent weekly momentum.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving revenue across:
* Friday club nights
* Saturday club nights
* Brunch and themed daytime events
* Birthday and VIP table sales
Your objective is to increase weekly turnover and build Duo into one of Clapham's leading nightlife venues.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and monitor weekly ticket sales targets
* Drive VIP table bookings and birthday packages
* Recruit and manage sub-promoters
* Coordinate DJs and weekly event formats
* Work alongside a performance marketer to optimise paid ads
* Monitor midweek ticket pacing and adjust strategy
* Build and manage a customer database
* Ensure a high percentage of tickets are pre-sold before each event
You will be accountable for measurable revenue growth.
What Success Looks Like
* 60–70% of capacity pre-sold before event night
* Consistent weekly ticket growth
* Increased VIP table revenue
* Structured promoter network supporting in-house events
* Growth of email and SMS marketing database
Pay Structure
Part-time position (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
Performance bonuses tied to weekly revenue targets
Additional incentives linked to table revenue growth

Ideal Candidate
* Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or event promotions
* Strong understanding of ticket sales and table culture
* Commercially minded and revenue-focused
* Confident managing promoters and external partners
* Well connected within the London nightlife scene
* Organised, target-driven and proactive
Experience working alongside performance marketers or running paid advertising campaigns is an advantage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £350.00-£500.00 per week
