SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect and Capability Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect and Capability Lead to take ownership of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution design and delivery across large-scale HR transformation programmes. This is a senior position combining technical solution architecture with leadership of the wider SuccessFactors capability, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation across projects.
You will shape solution strategy, define architectural standards, and provide technical assurance across multiple workstreams. Alongside this, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering capability growth and driving continuous improvement within the SuccessFactors practice.
You should have deep expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, a strong understanding of HR transformation, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. You’ll be confident engaging senior stakeholders, including presenting to C-suite audiences, and experienced managing distributed teams through full delivery lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale SuccessFactors implementations.
• Define and assure technical designs across all modules, ensuring integration with core HR and other systems.
• Manage and mentor functional leads to deliver compelling, client-focused solutions.
• Support business change initiatives, including impact assessment and operating model design.
• Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Focused Build to manage deliverables.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and represent the organisation in client, partner, and analyst discussions.
• Contribute to business development, supporting bids, RFPs, and solution presentations.
• Develop and grow the SuccessFactors capability, ensuring consistent delivery standards and professional development across the team.
• Collaborate with global teams to share innovation and best practice in HR transformation.
