The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Material Cost Analyst (Associate, Experienced or Senior), Air Proprietary 1 (AP1), to join the Air Dominance team located in the St. Louis area (Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO).
The analyst will be responsible for analyzing material costs, managing material budget baselines, developing cost models, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Development and maintenance of cost models for budgeting and forecasting of material and subcontracted efforts.
2. Management of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics related to material and subcontractors.
3. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to gather data on material needs and costs.
4. Preparation of reports for management and monitoring changes in supplier pricing.
5. Supporting cost control measures and best practices.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* 1+ years of experience in finance-related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis.
* 1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation.
* 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

* Pay & Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, retirement plans, and more. Pay ranges vary by level:
* Associate, Level 2: $64,600 – $87,400
* Experienced, Level 3: $79,050 – $106,950
* Senior, Level 4: $99,450 – $134,550
