High-End Bespoke Projects | Quality-Focused Workshop | Long-Term Role We are working exclusively with a family owned business located in Grantham, who work on bespoke projects mainly within London, to recruit experienced Bench Joiners for their busy Grantham workshop. The Role As a Bench Joiner, you’ll be manufacturing bespoke joinery and furniture from detailed workshop drawings, working as part of a skilled and collaborative team. While the role is predominantly workshop-based, there may be occasional site work depending on project requirements. You’ll be involved in taking concepts from design through to manufacture, contributing to complete bespoke solutions delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manufacture high-end bespoke joinery and furniture in a workshop environment Work accurately from CAD and technical drawings Manage your own workload to meet agreed timescales and production schedules Collaborate effectively with designers, management, and fellow joiners Maintain high standards of workmanship, finish, and attention to detail Support site-based work when required (project dependent) About You This role would suit an experienced bench joiner who takes pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
