As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team - someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows the TikTok Shop ecosystem inside out.


JOB DESCRIPTION


As an Client Account Manager, you’ll act as the day-to-day lead for a variety of client accounts. You’ll oversee the full marketing mix working with a channel leads - from TikTok Shop to paid media, organic social, design and beyond. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering high-performing campaigns, and working closely with our internal teams to monitor, plan and execute strategies that drive results.


RESPONSIBILITIES


* Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse client accounts across multiple sectors.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and ongoing satisfaction.
* Oversee and advise on TikTok Shop strategy, set-up, optimisation, and growth - with a deep understanding of platform nuances.
* Coordinate integrated marketing activity whilst working closely with our team of experts across paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), organic social media, influencer campaigns, CRM, and design.
* Brief, guide and collaborate with internal teams (paid media, creative, design, content, social) to deliver high-quality work.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and present clear reports and actionable insights to clients.
* Proactively identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and added value across your accounts.
* Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities, particularly within TikTok Shop and social commerce.


REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS


* Proven experience as an Account Manager (or similar client-facing role) in a digital agency or e-commerce business.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok Shop - ideally with a track record of launching or managing successful shops.
* Solid understanding of paid media, organic social, CRM, and e-commerce strategy.
* Excellent client management and communication skills - able to build trust, handle feedback, and manage expectations.
* Highly organised with strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines with ease.
* Commercially minded with a focus on delivering real business results for clients.
* A team player with a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude.
