This is a fullyremote teaching role, designed to give you the flexibility to workfrom home while making a meaningful impact. Unlike some onlineprovisions, you will not be required to deliver from a centraloffice, allowing you to focus on what matters most, engaging andsupporting youngpeople.

As LeadMaths Tutor within our Inclusion Services online provision, youwill shape and deliver high-quality, engaging Maths education foryoung people who need a different approach and a freshstart.
This is not a traditional teaching role.You will work with pupils who are often disengaged from educationand do not respond to passive approaches. They need learning thatfeels practical, interactive and brought to life, and a teacherconfident enough to hold attention, manage challenge and bring themwith you.
You will design anddeliver high-impact online lessons that build understanding,confidence and resilience. You will adapt in real time, think onyour feet, and use your subject expertise to make Maths accessible,relevant and achievable.
Alongside teaching, youwill contribute to curriculum design, develop interactive digitalresources, and support the ongoing refinement of our onlineplatform. Working with education and clinical colleagues, you willhelp create a calm, safe and aspirational learning environment andplay a key role in shaping a provision that is innovative, flexibleand truly inclusive.

- Qualified Teacher Status (orequivalent) with strong Maths expertise at KS3 and KS4 (KS5desirable).- Experience delivering engaging,high-quality teaching, ideally within online or digitalsettings.- Confident working with commonend-user applications- Proven ability to designand adapt curriculum content into interactive, accessible learningresources.- Strong understanding of pupils withSEND, SEMH or those disengaged from mainstreameducation.- Confidence in assessing progress andusing data to inform teaching and supportoutcomes.- Ability to build trustingrelationships while maintaining high expectations and positivebehaviour standards.- A collaborative,reflective approach and unwavering commitment to safeguarding andeducating the wholechild.
