About this opportunity

* Prepare meals and support mobility needs;
* Help establish daily routines, including household tasks and confidence building;
* Encourage and enable Service Users to remain living in their local community, and to reconnect with local activities such as clubs or shopping;
* Build positive relationships and support them to achieve the goals set out in their care plan.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Access to a motorised vehicle and a full driving licence (reasonable adjustments will be considered for disabled candidates);
* Enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check;
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children, young people, and adults at risk;
* Knowledge that the role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
