About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Amazon Advertising Manager to join a fast-growing premium wellness brand as it scales its Amazon presence across the UK and US.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, owning the setup, day-to-day management and optimisation of Amazon Search and Display advertising. Reporting to the Marketplaces Marketing Manager, who leads long-term Amazon strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and scaled to drive sustainable growth.
You will run full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration and conversion), expand in-house Amazon advertising capability, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising Execution
* Set up, manage and optimise Amazon Search Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and new ad formats) and Amazon Display Ads (self-service) across UK and US marketplaces
* Own daily campaign monitoring, bid management, budget allocation and ongoing optimisation to maximise performance and market share
* Execute full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to brand moments, promotions and product launches
Optimisation & Insights
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting and conversion rate optimisation across ad formats and channels
* Produce clear, concise reporting with actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Leverage performance data to inform prioritisation, testing and scaling decisions
Collaboration & Creative
* Work closely with the Marketplaces Marketing Manager to ensure campaign execution aligns with strategic and commercial objectives
* Own creative recommendations and direction for ad assets and product pages, including briefing, QA and adherence to Amazon best practice
* Collaborate with design, brand and wider marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
Capability Building
* Support the expansion and mentoring of the in-house Amazon team as activity scales across multiple markets
* Stay up to date with Amazon advertising innovations, tools and best practices
* Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or similar attribution tools is a plus
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Proven, hands-on experience using the Amazon Ads Console across Search and Display (self-service)
* Demonstrated success running campaigns that drive sales growth and profitability
* Experience executing full-funnel paid media strategies with daily optimisation
* Strong analytical capability, including Excel and performance dashboards, with the ability to translate data into clear actions
* Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies and marketplace nuances
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
* Experience owning creative direction, including briefing, asset QA and platform compliance
Desirable
* Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or advanced Amazon attribution tools
* Experience with A+ / Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Registry and PDP conversion testing
* SQL or additional analytics tooling experience
