ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Extra Care Housing schemes, also known as assisted living, consist of self-contained one or two-bedroom apartments, designed to help clients live independently. Clients have their own front door, can socialize in communal areas, or enjoy privacy. Our care teams provide 24/7 domiciliary care, supporting clients with daily tasks and activities.
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll make a difference by supporting clients with routines, personal care, companionship, and light household duties. All clients live in the same building, so no travel between locations is required.

Centurion House, opened in June, is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac near Bicester town center and Bicester Village outlet. The nearby railway station offers direct services to London Marylebone and Oxford.

ABOUT YOU
If you have domiciliary care experience, that’s great. If not, we’ll provide training. A Health and Social Care qualification is a plus, but more important are your communication skills, compassion, teamwork, eagerness to learn, and dedication to excel every day.
