What youll be doing:
Delivering a memorable welcome that sets the tone for every guests stay
Leading by example to ensure check-ins, check-outs, and reservations are smooth and stress-free
Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests with genuine care and efficiency
Supporting and mentoring the reception team, helping them shine in their roles
Ensuring each touchpoint of the guest journey adds up to an exceptional experience
Responding to guest reviews and feedback (Revinate) with professionalism and warmth
Occasionally stepping into a Duty Manager role to keep everything running seamlessly
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a front office or reception role within hospitality
A natural host who thrives on delivering outstanding service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence with systems (Opera Cloud experience a plus, but training provided)
A team player with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
