Evolito is accelerating the adoption of electric propulsion for aerospace and personal mobility. Our lightweight, high‑power systems serve EVTOL, UAVs, and general aviation. We are rapidly scaling and seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple customer projects to completion.
Responsibilities
* Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects.
* Act as the internal primary focal point for project status.
* Build and maintain a cross‑functional project plan in MS Project.
* Ensure project milestones align with customer and regulatory requirements.
* Drive daily execution across the entire organization to ensure timely delivery.
* Define and monitor project KPIs, providing mitigating plans to return to target.
* Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans.
* Motivate and drive internal teams to deliver the agreed plan.
* Define, implement and administer the communications strategy.
* Facilitate cross‑functional communication and teamwork.
* Coordinate all aspects of the project plan, assigning task ownership.
* Regularly report on project status, including resource consumption, KPIs, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
* Identify and manage programme risks, dependencies, and critical paths, tracking mitigating actions across the organization.
* Support compliance with aerospace standards and ensure configuration control and documentation discipline.
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and improve PM processes, gaining team buy‑in.
* Contribute to building the company’s project management framework.
* Ensure best practices are followed, identifying gaps and updating processes as required.
Qualifications
* Previous proven Project Management experience within the aerospace industry.
* Demonstrated track record of project delivery, especially in challenging situations.
* Experience interfacing with engineering teams.
* Managing OEM customers technically and commercially to maintain clear costs, delivery, and quality.
* Good awareness and application of project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
* Instinctive problem‑solving skills and a sound analytical approach.
* A self‑starter attitude with energy and enthusiasm, thriving in a small business environment.
* Ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, practiced in negotiation and presentations.
* UK driving licence and ability to travel.
Desirable
* Experience working within a Tier 1 environment.
