Credit Control & Billing Raise and issue client invoices accurately and on time Monitor aged debtors and follow up on outstanding payments Chase overdue invoices via phone and email professionally Maintain records of client payments and update accounting systems Liaise with senior staff on debt recovery issues Client Communication & Information Chasing Proactively contact clients to obtain required records and documents Follow up on missing information for accounts and VAT returns Maintain clear communication with clients regarding deadlines Log and track all client interactions and outstanding items Accounts & VAT Administration Maintain and update lists of: Accounts due VAT return deadlines (aligned with HM Revenue and Customsrequirements) Assist the accounts team in ensuring all deadlines are met Support workflow tracking and job progress within the practice General Administration Maintain accurate client records and databases Assist with onboarding new clients (documentation & setup) Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed Ensure filing (digital and/or paper) is up to date and organised
