This is an AI centric role, where you will be expected to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, using AI to transform business capabilities and drive outcomes for clients.As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: Business Development Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. Learning & development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for the following core capabilities for Consultant / Senior Consultant level candidates: Able to establish and operate PMO governance frameworks across portfolios, programmes and projects Able to maintain and govern RAID logs with clear ownership, actions and escalation paths Able to identify and manage complex dependencies across programs, vendors and business units Able to produce accurate, transparent and evidence-based delivery reporting Able to use modern tools and technologies such as PowerBI, PowerApps etc., to create specific reports to meet the different stakeholder needs Able to do analysis and provide insights to stakeholders to make effective decisions Able to interface with client stakeholders across a broad level (junior through to senior) to elicit, document and validate business requirements Able to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
