We have a number of exciting opportunities within our Business Support Service for self-motivated Business Support Administrator, providing essential support to our practice staff members. We are looking to recruit a full-time Business Support Administrator whose role will be providing support to the Fostering Service.
The fostering Business Support team play a crucial role in providing support to the Fostering Service, whose aim is to ensure provision of high-quality placements for children with foster carers where children can have every chance of a happy secure childhood and be supported to reach their aspirations and succeed in life.
The main role of the Business Support Administrator will be providing support relating to Foster Carers annual reviews process, prospective foster carers assessments and administrating financial support to faster carers. The role also involves undertaking switchboard duties and post duties. You will be working with colleagues and multi-agency professionals at all levels across the service to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable children and families.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our busy, dynamic, and growing Business Support Team. The permanent position is ideally suited to someone who has good customer care, organisational skills, communication skills, can problem solve, use their own initiative, and have great attention to detail. Experience of minute taking is desirable.
