Your responsibilities as Property & Lettings Manager
Manage end-to-end lettings processes including viewings, applications, agreements, and renewals
Oversee tenant relationships, handling queries and ensuring high retention levels
Coordinate maintenance and compliance work with internal teams and contractors
Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and maintain accurate records
Ensure all properties meet current legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain and update property management systems and tenant data
What we’re looking for in a Property & Lettings Manager
Previous experience managing residential lettings and property portfolios
Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
Experience handling tenant negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
Understanding of property maintenance and common building issues
Proficiency with property systems and Microsoft Office tools
Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexibility required)
