Service Advisor – Yeomans Honda Bognor Regis
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: Competitive OTE with performance-based bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing a warm and professional welcome to all aftersales customers
Managing service bookings and keeping customers informed throughout their visit
Coordinating with workshop and parts teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Advising customers on additional work and promoting value-added services
Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of customer service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing motor trade role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with Kerridge/CDK systems is advantageous but not essential
