A well-established and award-winning MSP based in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This is a senior escalation role within the Service Delivery department, working across a broad range of client environments and technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary escalation point for 2nd Line engineers across incidents and requests
* Manage tickets in line with established SLAs, keeping clients informed throughout
* Monitor and maintain client infrastructure and systems, responding proactively to alerts
* Produce and implement change requests for internal and external requirements
* Support client on/offboarding processes and assist with project handovers to service delivery
* Work with third-party suppliers and vendors where appropriate
* Travel to client sites as required for on-site support, installations or meetings
* Maintain internal and client documentation to a high standard
* Participate in ongoing training programmes and contribute to continuous improvement
