Individual Needs Assistant (INA)
Hours of work: 11 hours per week.
Working pattern: Part-time, Term‑time only (39 weeks per year + 6.05 weeks annual leave, increasing after 5 years of continuous service).
Salary is pro‑rata. Fixed term to be confirmed. The post is linked to the child’s funding allocation.

We are looking for a gifted INA to join our school team to work with a pupil to support the provision in their EHCP. Experience working with pupils with complex needs, including autism and ADHD, would be welcome.
* Be enthusiastic and committed to developing the whole child, both personally and academically and have a passion for learning.
* Be highly motivated, work well as part of a small team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way.
* Have experience of delivering individual support plans under the direction of the class teacher and some knowledge of sensory circuits, emotional regulation strategies and other similar supports.
* Work alongside and support the class teacher and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO) to ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment for the pupil you are supporting; manage behaviour effectively and ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
You will be working Monday‑Wednesday, 9am–12pm and Thursday, 9am–11am.
