ADR Network are recruiting for a Transport Clerk to work at our client in St Helens.
The role will include:
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 0600-18:00 days and 18:00 – 06:00 nights (12-hour shifts)
* Coordinating trailer allocation ensuring system is accurate and up to date
* Briefing and de-briefing drivers to ensure they fully understand expectations for the day
* Maintaining filing routines and Microlise housekeeping accurately
* Provide an exceptional standard of service to both internal and external customers
* Adopt a pro-active approach to ensure all issues, concerns and improvements are communicated to all appropriate parties in a timely manner
Key requirements are:
* Have 12 months minimum experience working within a fast paced transport office
* Understanding of Microlise and Tachomaster
* Must be PC EXCEL literate
