Class 2 Delivery Driver
Middlewich
* Full-time, permanent
* £15.50 per hour

The Role
As a Class 2 Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of the company, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our valued customers. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for service excellence, working independently but with the support of a close-knit team behind you.
Key Responsibilities
* Vehicle preparation & safety checks – Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring all products for delivery are correct and safely loaded
* Documentation & payments – Complete manifests, delivery notes, and collect payments
* Safe stock delivery – Deliver all stock using any necessary equipment provided and to the customer's standards
* Returns management – Return all empty kegs and gas bottles, ensuring they are correctly stored in the empties yard and unloaded in the correct manner
* Health & safety compliance – Ensure that correct health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
* Warehouse support – Assist with picking stock in the warehouse when required
* Professional appearance – Always look presentable in the correct Beer Trading uniform
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone dependable and courteous, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy a hands-on role and take pride in your work, you could be a perfect fit. About you:
* Valid and appropriate driving licence
* Strong understanding of safe driving and vehicle maintenance
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Capable of handling cash transactions accurately
* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
