Reinstatement Planner required to join an established and busy team. Salary is £30,000 per annum with working hours of Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm with flexibility to occasionally work weekends if required.
Duties:
* Develop detailed reinstatement plans that align with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
* Coordinate with civils agents to schedule reinstatement works efficiently
* Ensure that all necessary permits and permissions are obtained prior to commencement of reinstatement activities
* Act as the primary point of contact for all reinstatement-related communications
* Evaluate project scopes to determine specific reinstatement requirements

Experience required:
* Previous reinstatement planning, reinstatement coordinating, highways, utilities experience is essential
* Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure
* PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
