About the role
Community Engagement Ambassador – You’ll be the friendly face of Essex & Suffolk Water, engaging with customers, community groups, and local businesses in the field. You report to the Customer Experience Lead and work mostly in Suffolk (Lound), sometimes traveling to Essex or other Northumbrian Water Group sites. A full UK driving license is essential. The role requires evening and weekend availability.
What you’ll do
* Develop a deep understanding of our services, including metering, billing, water efficiency, financial support and community initiatives.
* Plan and deliver community events and activities using engagement tools and vehicles, creating memorable, positive experiences.
* Engage and influence customers, stakeholders and businesses to raise water‑use awareness and inspire sustainable behavior.
* Collect insights and feedback to improve future communication and the overall customer journey.

Pre‑employment requirements
