The Sandman Signature Gatwick/Crawley Hotel are looking to recruit a Night Manager to join a fantastic team at the 4-star 151 bedroom establishment in Crawley.

The hours of work are typically 22:45-07:15 and include weekends & bank holidays. Key responsibilities of this role include:
* To provide a warm, welcoming and friendly environment
* Management of guest arrivals and departures
* Cashiering duties
* To provide guests with information and assistance as required
* Reservations handling
* Telephone handling
* Luggage assistance
* Reconciliation of payments, revenue streams & closing of business date, and the completion of all other Night Audit procedures
* Team Training
* All other duties as directed from the Front of House Manager
The Ideal Candidate
* Have previous hotel management experience
* Demonstrate supervisor skills; good judgment and common sense
* Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
* Superior written and oral communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others
* Always delivers exceptional customer service in a professional manner
* Is personable and presentable
* Works well both as part of a team and on own initiative, and with a good level of common sense
* Has a keen eye for detail with the ability to find, trace and correct anomalies
* Is highly reliable and very flexible with working patterns
* Has a strong willingness to learn and is keen to develop and progress within the hospitality industry
