Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits

A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services to diverse industries.
Due to growth in our European operations (Bristol UK, Dortmund Germany, and Gdansk Poland), we are expanding our European sales team by recruiting additional sales staff in the United Kingdom. You should have three to five years of activated carbon sales management experience in areas such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water Purification, and Wastewater Filtration. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will develop major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks. You should have a proven track record in sales and marketing of activated Carbon products and services, with the ability to grow accounts through technical expertise, collaboration, and strategic partnerships.
To be considered, you must have:
* Current experience as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar, seeking a broader role.
* Experience in industries like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, Wastewater, or related fields.
* Ability to manage and grow existing accounts and develop new client relationships, working with UK and European teams.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and conferences.
* A degree in Chemistry or a related Science field, supported by relevant industry experience and business qualifications.
* Strong leadership skills to coach and develop external teams (agents/distributors).
* Self-motivated, data-driven, with excellent IT, organizational, and planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
