Senior Product Manager – Business, Government and Mobile
* Full-time
* Division: Marketing
This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in our London office 2-3 days per week.
As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.
Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, but also help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives, and support economic growth, locally and nationally.
What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!
Joining us as a Senior Product Manager – Business, Government and Mobile
You will be responsible for driving developments and supporting in-life CityFibre’s Ethernet, infrastructure, offnet, and other non-FTTP product portfolio, covering a range of local and national backhaul services targeting ISPs and sectors such as mobile and public sector.
You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits supporting your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
* Identify, define, and launch market-leading products, feature enhancements, and value-added services that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
* Manage and launch new product capabilities from concept to market.
* Track and manage the product P&L across the portfolio, including reporting and tracking of monthly volumes, revenues, and performance against financial targets.
* Support major customer opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to key sales stakeholders; engage regularly with customers from bid support to gathering feedback on new product roadmaps or launches.
* Support vendor engagement and negotiations with relevant partners and/or suppliers.
What you’ll bring to the role
You should have a strong background in Product Management with demonstrable success managing product portfolios across the entire product lifecycle. Additionally, you will have:
* Experience managing teams of product managers and engaging with wider stakeholders.
* Detailed knowledge of data connectivity products, particularly Ethernet, business broadband, backhaul, exchange, and ancillary services.
* Experience developing telecoms products for various end customer segments, including Business ISPs, mobile operators, and the public sector.
