About the role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is looking to start their career in Education recruitment. This is a full-time on-site role based in our Mold head office, where you will be trained and supported by some of the best Education recruiters in the business!
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North Wales area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area. Our aim is to match schools with the best candidates and provide a friendly and professional service to everyone we work with. The role will involve making business development calls to prospective clients, booking supply staff for schools as requested and pre-screening and interviewing candidates. You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.
