Full-Time Site Manager - Slough - 7:00am to 4:00pm A lovely primary school in Slough is seeking a dependable and skilled Site Manager to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. The Role: Start each day at 7:00am to open the school and carry out essential safety checks. Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and a variety of DIY tasks across the school site. Support with basic plumbing and electrical maintenance as needed. Maintain clean and safe school grounds, responding promptly to issues. Manage deliveries and occasional driving duties. Report and respond to any health and safety concerns in line with school policy. Requirements: Proven experience with DIY, basic plumbing, and electrical repairs. Physically fit and able to carry out manual work. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible, proactive, and safety-conscious. A full UK driving licence is required. Must live in Slough or be easily commutable to the area. Willingness to attend relevant training in Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and school procedures.
