We’re looking for a Principal Product Support Engineer to join our growing global team and play a key role in supporting our customers and partners. Working remotely from anywhere in the United Kingdom, you be a key player in product release cycles and the ultimate escalation point for all technical support matters.
Assist enterprise clients and partners with Dr Migrate deployments and usage
Maintain and create support documentation and internal knowledge base articles
Support administration tasks in Power BI and Azure environments
Extensive experience in technical support, DevOps, or product engineering roles
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipelines and ticket workflows
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-400 certifications preferred)
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, subnets, etc.)
Power BI administration knowledge (workspaces, permissions) is desirable
