Job description: How you create impact Complete daily MHE safety checks where required. Perform tasks such as picking, packing, receiving goods, checking, loading/unloading, hygiene, van driving, MHE operations, and processing returns. Handle administrative work like order entry and matching. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and complete other computer- based tasks as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Follow trained work instructions (e.g., ABC Modules/WI). Uphold company standards outlined in the Code of Conduct. Observe safe working practices and report all workplace incidents. Maintain KN 5S standards in your area. Meet individual and team productivity and accuracy targets. Act according to KN Anchor Principles and Behaviours. Use the escalation process for deviations from standard procedures. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Proficient in warehouse practices, including picking and loading PC literacy Knowledge of warehouse operations (picking, loading) Understanding KPIs Customer service expertise Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team. Demonstrates reliability and a strong commitment to punctuality. Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exhibits a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
