About You

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Community Nurse (RN) and provide exceptional care to patients in the Kent area!
As an experienced Registered Community Nurse (RGN) with more than 6 months post NMC registration experience you will be expected to deliver exceptional care to patients using services in the Kent.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments.
* Provide constant monitoring, perform assessments, and administer medications.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
To apply for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
* NMC registration.
* Full UK right to work.
* At least 2 years' post-graduate experience.
* 6 months' recent NHS experience (within the last 3 years).
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
