About the Role
Role Overview
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Senior Bid Team Lead to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for acting as a senior point of contact for the Bid team administrators and point of escalation for the business within the Bid team capacity. You will be responsible for the day‑day running of the Bid team ensuring that work is efficiently allocated, deadlines are met, and any HR queries are actioned.
You will continue to provide detailed tenders for projects and service, respond to quotes and manage handovers. You will ensure all documentation entered, reviewed, and entered/updated through CRM, and provide direct support to the wider sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Senior Bid Team Lead to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the management and coordination of incoming requests to the department.
* Initial review of all incoming bids, tenders and PQQs ensuring a high-level view of each requirement.
* Identification, engagement and coordination of internal SMEs where necessary.
* Point of escalation.
* Regular engagement with business development to establish bid team forecast.
* Responsible for sales process compliance with ISO 9001.
* Management of the team and HR requirements including annual leave and absence.
* Responsible for team training and professional development.
* Supporting estimating, marketing and the wider sales team as required.
* Sales document control.
* Review, proof and copy edit where required draft bids, PQQs and presentations.
* All other Bid Team Administrator tasks.
* Administration Support: incoming calls; bid and handovers inbox; stationery; greet visitors (arrange meeting room, lunch etc).
Hours of work
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day, 8.30am-5.30pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
