We are recruiting for a permanent Health Insurance Sales Advisor position in Bournemouth, Dorset. The consultant will handle insurance brokering, client management, policy review, and sales.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual. Responsibilities include:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
2. Providing advice on private medical insurance products.
3. Conducting needs analyses and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
4. Preparing and presenting proposals.
5. Negotiating and closing sales to meet targets.
6. Supporting clients post-sale.
7. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
About You

* Cega qualifications are a plus.

Hours
42 hours/week, schedule:
* Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
* Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Salary
£30,000 Basic + £30,000 OTE Year 1, with annual increases based on performance.
