The Creative Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual identity and customer experience across digital, print and event-based channels. This role blends strong graphic design skills with creative storytelling, producing compelling content for websites, social media, campaigns, product collateral, events and customer-facing touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to develop on-brand assets that communicate clearly, captivate audiences, and deliver consistent brand experiences. Experience with simple video editing or 2D/3D rendering is a benefit, but not essential. Craft compelling storytelling visuals that strengthen brand messaging and elevate the customer experience across all touchpoints. Design and format a wide range of marketing materials that support business development and organisational goals. Apply professional graphic design principles while introducing new creative ideas and approaches to continuously enhance design quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, actively communicating design concepts, layouts, and visual direction throughout each project. Review, refine, and finalize layouts, incorporating feedback to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards and best practices. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brands visual identity and the continuous improvement of design standards and processes. Key Activities & Responsibilities Graphic & Digital Design Design graphics, layouts, and branded materials for web, social media, email, print and events. Create digital assets for campaigns including banners, social content, landing page graphics, events and presentations. Support UX/UI teams with visual assets (icons, imagery, modules, simple mockups). Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives. Customer Experience & Storytelling Translate messaging and customer insights into compelling visual stories. Design assets that enhance user engagement and improve the customer experience across digital, print, and event-based touchpoints throughout the customer journey. Collaborate on web updates, ensuring imagery and layout support intuitive, accessible experiences. Brand Support Maintain consistency in visual standards across all materials. Help evolve our visual language as the brand grows. Contribute to content planning and campaign ideation with creative concepts. Optional / Nice to Have Skills (Not Essential) Creation of simple product or environmental renders (2D/3D). Basic motion graphics or video editing for social content. Photography skills for capturing campaign or product imagery. Collaboration & Operations Work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to understand project needs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain organized file structures and templates to support team workflows. Required Criteria Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of five years of experience in Advertising, graphic design and print experience required. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar digital design platforms. Understanding of designing for web, mobile, and social platforms. Basic knowledge of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience creating short form content for social media. Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, modern design. Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visual outputs. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. Must be able to work satisfactorily as a team member. Must possess a sense of urgency to complete projects on time. Desired Criteria Experience with simple rendering tools (e.g., Blender, Adobe Dimension). Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
