Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
* Prepare and organise documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
* Support team members with clerical duties as required, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills are required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable for managing financial records.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
