TheOvernight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
* Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
* Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
* Follow the “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Custodial experience preferred.
* Punctuality and reliability are essential.
* Ability to work third shift is required.
* Honesty and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to solve problems independently.
* Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions using appropriate behavior and language.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Demands
* Continuous standing and walking during shift.
* Continuous reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
* Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
* Occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
* May encounter toxic chemicals.
