Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time at our establishment.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping the workspace tidy.
* Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure the health and safety of guests.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the hospitality industry.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
* A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests.
